Our team of friendly professionals will welcome you to our office and make sure you are comfortable.

At your first visit, Dr. Athans will perform a comprehensive examination and discuss any dental and cosmetic issues you may have.  This initial consultation will also include a thorough head, neck, gum and dentition examination, as well as oral cancer screening and TMJ/jaw issues.  He will evaluate your dental and periodontal health, as well, to determine how best to proceed.  Digital, low dose X-rays, and Intra-oral photographs will be taken to assist him in evaluating your needs.  Depending on these needs, a 3-D Imaging Cone Beam may also  be necessary.  Dr. Athans will answer any questions or concerns and help you understand your individual dental needs so you can obtain a high standard of dental and oral health.
